We offer quality apparel and accessories at our store. But we understand that due to some reasons, you may want to return a product or request a refund. As a part of our efforts to ensure total customer satisfaction, we offer a simple return and exchange policy for products purchased in our store. Here are some important points about our returns policy.
We accept refund only in the form of store credit.
You can return all clothing items that are undamaged and unused in new condition. You will not be able to return under the following situations
- Accessories and custom clothing that has been made as per the specifications provided by you
- Product is worn
- Product is altered in any manner
- There is a modification in the number, characteristics, or quality of the products delivered by us
- Sale products or products that have been marked as non returnable
The non-returnable products include custom made products or products that are modified as per your specifications/measurements. Non-returnable products also include those that are bought in any offer/deal/sale/promotion. These products cannot be returned unless they have a manufacturing defect. In such cases, we will be happy to arrange for a return of the defective product. Even products that are identified/marked as non-returnable or non-exchangeable at the time of billing is classified as non-returnable.
It is important that you call us to initiate any return/exchange inside 3 days of receiving the product.
If the product is damaged upon delivery, we will bear the cost of shipping. If the return is because of a size issue or you changed your mind, you will have to bear the shipping cost. Whatsapp on +13109991705 for more clarity on the same.
All tags, labels, and original packaging of the product should be intact and handed over to the person collecting the product from your address. The products should not be in used or worn conditions. We reserve the right to decide whether this term of return policy is accomplished or not.

You can initiate a product return on our website. Simply follow these easy steps -
- If you purchased the product as a registered user, then fill in the user name and password to log in to the site
- If you purchased the product as a guest, then you need to first register, using the same email id used when purchasing the product as a guest. With this step, you will be able to view the history of products purchased by you. You would be able to initiate the process of return and exchange only if the said product appears in your order history.
- After logging in, select the relevant option to return or exchange the product.
We reserve the right to decide whether the product meets all criteria of the terms of return policy or not.
Once this process is complete, we will arrange to have the product collected from your address. We will then scrutinize the item to see if it fulfils all terms laid out in the return policy. We will alert you quickly on the status of return status post our examination of the item.
We accept only undamaged and unused products . We won’t accept any product that has been used or has any sign of damage after the purchase. If our product scrutiny doesn’t pass the terms needed to approve the product return, then we will ship it back to your address within 15 days.
In case the product passes the approval criteria, then the refund will happen only in one form – store credits. When the product is approved for returns, you will get a link on the website to choose the new product for your purchase purpose.
Store credit is calculated on the product price only, not on product price + shipping cost. They cannot be transferred to anyone under any circumstances. They cannot be refunded in any other form.
In case the claimed shipment doesn’t reach us, then the customer is responsible for providing proof of delivery in order to progress to the next stage of buying new products under store credits.
